“If they have a friend they can talk to or they’re in a committed relationship or some kind of trusting relationship, then that is very good for men’s health”
Alice Pemberton was just 10 years old when she first went into anaphylactic shock after eating peanuts.
“So when I saw that this was a degenerative neurological disease, I thought, ‘Well, we’re going to have to come up with a cure’.
Her advice to other women is to “trust your gut”. If you are feeling off or different in any way, then go see your doctor.”
“I started to suffer from bad insomnia; I would fall asleep quickly and then be awake,” she recalls.
